超声引导下经皮肝穿腔内注射抗生素治疗细菌性肝脓肿的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨超声引导下介入治疗细菌性肝脓肿的临床应用价值。方法超声引导下行经皮肝穿刺介入治疗肝脓肿77例85个脓腔,初次治疗注入4组抗感染三联药,1周后复查超声,根据残腔大小决定是否进行强化治疗。强化治疗时,结合药敏结果注入敏感的粉剂药物。结果肝脓肿患者85个病灶治愈率为100%(85/85),穿刺术后均无明显不良反应。结论超声引导下介入治疗细菌性肝脓肿,疗效显著。Objective To discuss the clinical application value of hepatic injection of antibiotics percutem with ultrsonic guidance.Methods 85 abcesses of 77 hepatic cases were treated with this method.The 4 groups of 3 kinds of antibiotics were injected in first time,detected ultrasound after 1 week,and the enhanced therapy was depended on residual cavity size with sensitive powder antibiotics.Results The curative effect was 100%without side effect after operation.Conclusion The interventional therapy with ultrasonic guidance might treat hepatic abcess with good effect.
