摘　　要：介绍了通过对传统环锭纺细纱机进行改造,利用半精纺工艺开发生产羊毛/精梳棉/竹浆纤维(50/30/20)29 tex赛络纺针织色纱的生产过程,提出了应在原料混用、各工序纺纱工艺参数配置和操作管理等方面应注意的问题,指出了生产赛络纺纱的重点应是细纱机改造,针对纤维长度差异大的情况,选用V型牵伸和压力棒隔距块来加强对纤维运动的控制,并优化了纺纱工艺配置,络筒工序分门别类的进行疵点控制,并设置长细节门限来清除长片段单股纱,稳定和保证了成纱质量。By presenting the production process of reforming the traditional ring spinning frame and utilizing the technology of semi-worsted spinning to produce the wool/combed cotton/the bamboo fiber（50/30/20）29 tex and the siro-spinning knitting dyed yarn,this article put forward some related considerations in material blended,preferences of each spinning process,and the operations management.Meanwhile,it must be pointed out that the emphasis of producing the siro-spinning knitting dyed yarn is reforming the spinning frame.Adopt the V type draft and press bar gauge to strengthen the control over the fiber＇s movement aiming at the difference in its length.Hence,it optimizes the ring spinning allocation.The winding process controls the defects in categories, with setting the threshold of long-ultrafine section to clear the single strand yarn,which guarantees and controls the yarn quality.
