摘 要:在大庆油田某脱水站集输系统能耗评价与能损分布规律前期研究的基础上,对该系统进行节能潜力预测分析。从评价加热炉、机泵、管道等系统基本耗能单元的用能状况入手,分析影响各单元能损大小的主要因素,提出提高用能水平的节能技改措施,并预测其节能潜力,然后通过加和得到各子系统乃至集输总系统的节能潜力,从而可为下一步节能改造方案的技术经济分析提供依据。On the basis of previous study about the energy consumption evaluation and energy loss distribution law for the gathering and transferring system of one dehydrating station in Daqing oilfield, the prediction analysis of energy conservation is done with the system in this paper. To start with the energy utilization evaluation for the basic unit energy consumption cell such as heating furnace, pump, pipeline and so on, the main factor of affecting the energy consumption of each unit is analyzed, q^laen the technology measure to enhance energy level is advanced and its energy saving potentiality is predicted. In the end the energy conservation potentiality for each subsystem as well as the total gathering and transportation system is obtained, which can provide the basis for technical and economic analysis for the next step of energy - saving revamp project.
