摘　　要：探讨紫杉醇类药物腹腔灌注化疗出现不良反应的护理。对45例晚期肿瘤患者常规腹腔置入中心静脉导管进行紫杉醇或多西紫杉醇灌注化疗的患者采取以下护理措施:做好灌注前准备、灌注穿刺过程中的配合,观察灌注后腹痛、腹泻等不良反应,重视导管护理等。This paper reports the nursing care of patients with adverse effects of intraperitoneal chemotherapy with taxanes. Forty-five patients with advanced cancer received intraperitoneal perfusion antineoplastic chemotherapy,with paclitaxel or docetaxel. The nursing points focus on preparation for perfusion,and cooperation during puncturing for peffusion,observation on adverse effects such as pain,diarrhea,and pay attention to the perfusion catheter.
