摘　　要：目的探讨穴位按压对缓解胃肠道肿瘤化疗患者恶心、呕吐的效果。方法对78例胃肠道恶性肿瘤患者化疗期间进行内关穴按压,用中文版恶心呕吐干呕症状评估量表评估患者化疗后出现的恶心、呕吐和干呕症状。结果统计分析显示,穴位按压对缓解化疗患者恶心、呕吐等不良反应有一定效果,且具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论穴位按压能有效地降低患者恶心、呕吐的发生频率,缩短经历时间及减轻症状的严重程度,提高患者对化疗的耐受性,减轻痛苦。Objective To evaluate the effect of acupressure on chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting in patients with gastrointestinal cancer. Methods Acupressure on point Neiguan was applied on 78 patients with gastrointestinal cancer during chemotherapy course. The Rhodes Index of Nausea and Vomiting and Retching （INVR） was used to assess chemotherapy- induced nausea,vomiting and retch symptoms. Result The symptoms frequency and severity in nausea,vomiting and retch was significantly reduced （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Acupressure can effectively reduce the frequency,duration and severity of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting,and thereby to improve the patients＇ tolerance with chemotherapy and alleviate the discomfort during chemotherapy course.
