灵芝孢子粉对2型糖尿病大鼠肝脏细胞凋亡及核转录因子NF—κB／P65表达的影响

摘　　要：目的观察灵芝孢子粉对2型糖尿病大鼠肝脏细胞凋亡及核转录因子NF-κB表达的影响。方法将40只Wistar大鼠随机分成3组：对照组，糖尿病组，灵芝组。吉姆萨染色法检测肝脏细胞凋亡率，免疫组化法检测核因子-κB转录（NF—κB）蛋白表达的变化。结果细胞凋亡率和NF—κB表达水平均明显高于对照组和灵芝组（P均〈0．05）。结论灵芝孢子粉对糖尿病大鼠肝脏组织具有保护作用，可抑制肝脏细胞凋亡，可能与其减轻氧化应激、减少糖尿病肝脏过度表达NF—κB有关。Objective To observe the effect of Ganoderma lucidum powder on liver cell apoptosis and nuclear transcription factor NF -κB/65 expression in type 2 diabetes rat. Methods 40 Wistar big mice were divided into three groups randomly： control group, diabetes group and ganoderma lucidum group. The apoptosis rate of liver cell was detected by Giemsa staining and the expression of nuclear transcription factor NF - κB/65 was detected by immunohistochemical staining. Results The apoptosis rate and the expression of NF -κB/65 in diabetes group was obviously higher than that of control group and ganoderma lucidum group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Ganoderma lucidum powder can protect the liver organization of diabetes rats and restraint the liver cell apoptosis rate, which may be the result of reducing the oxidative stress and reducing the NF - κB/65 overexpression of diabetic liver.
