单排螺旋CT膝部屈曲斜面扫描诊断髁间嵴隐匿性骨折

摘　　要：目的:探讨单排螺旋CT膝部屈曲斜面扫描[1]对髁间嵴隐匿性骨折的诊断价值。方法:提取分析20例膝关节扭伤X线平片显示阴性而临床怀疑髁间嵴骨折,均经单排螺旋CT膝部屈曲斜面扫描确诊的患者。结果:20例患者单排螺旋CT膝部屈曲斜面扫描图像清晰的显示了髁间嵴尖部、中央及基底部等不同部位骨皮质断裂。结论:单排螺旋CT膝关节屈曲斜面扫描对髁间嵴隐匿性骨折有较高的诊断价值。Objective Explore the single - slice spiral CT scan on the knee - buckling slope between the condylar fracture hidden ridge in the diagnosis. Materials and method Extraction analysis of 20 cases of a sprained knee X - ray showed negative and clinical suspicion ridge between the condylar fracture, have been single -slice spiral CT scan confirmed the knees buckling slope of the patients. Results 20 cases of patients with single- slice spiral CT scan images knee - buckling slope clearly shows the sharp ridge between the condyles, and the central base, and so on in different parts of conical bone fracture. Conclusion ： Single - slice spiral CT scan on the knee-buckling slope between the condylar ridge have occult fracture of high diagnostic value.
