腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠110例

摘　　要：目的:进一步了解腹腔镜手术治疗输卵管妊娠的价值及疗效。方法:对110例输卵管妊娠患者采用腹腔镜手术,与同期行剖腹手术77例相比较两组各项指标。结果:腹腔镜术无1例中转开腹及持续性异位妊娠,并且与剖腹术相比,其手术时间、术中出血、术后恢复及住院时间均明显少于剖腹组。结论:应用腹腔镜术治疗输卵管妊娠较剖腹术具有明显优势。Objective Learn more about the value and effectiveness of the laparoscopic fallopian pregnancy operation.Methods:the comparisons of indicators between 110 patients who have been treated with laparoscopic fallopian pregnancy operation and 77 patients with laparotomy.Results:there was no case converted to open operation and persistent ectopic pregnancy during and after the treatment of laparoscopic operation,furthermore,the operation time,blood loss,postoperative recovery and duration of hospital stay of the laparoscope group are significantly less than the group of laparotomy.Conclusion:laparoscopic fallopian pregnancy operation offers major benefits superior to laparotomy and is the preferred treatment.
