摘  要:目的:探讨代谢综合征(metabolic syndrome,MS)患者肺功能的变化以及代谢综合征组分的聚集对肺功能的影响。方法:检测并比较43例代谢综合征(MS)患者和61例非代谢综合征(non-metabolic syndrome,non-MS)患者的肺功能,进一步根据MS定义中代谢异常组分的累加评分(0~4分)分为5组,比较各组间肺功能变化。结果:MS组肺活量(FVC)、1秒钟用力呼气容积(FEV1)、最大通气量(MVV)、肺一氧化碳弥散量(DLco)均明显低于non-MS组(P<0.01)。随着代谢综合征组分的增加,FVC、FEV1、MVV、DLco均有下降。结论:MS患者较non-MS患者有明显的肺功能减退,且随着代谢异常的累积,肺功能的损害也有所增加。Objective:To study the metabolic syndrome (MS) patients with changes in lung function, and assess the effect of aggregations of MS components on lung function. Methods:Detect and compare the 43 cases of metabolic syndro me (MS) and 61 eases of non-metabolic syndrome (non-MS} in patients with lung function. Patients were categorized into 0 to 5 groups according to component number of metabolic syndrome (MS) .the lung function were compared among groups. Results:MS group of vital capacity(FVC), forced expiratory volume in first second(FEV1) . maximal voluntary ventilation(MVV), and diffusion capacity for carbon monoxide of lung(DLco) were significantly decreased than non-MS group( P 〈 0. 01). As the metabolic disorder score increased ,FVC,FEV1,MVV, DLco were all decreased. Conclusions:MS patients have significantly decreased lung function than non-MS patients. The degree of metabolic disorder clustering is strongly related to the lesion of tung function.
