摘  要:目的:观察偏瘫康复丸对大鼠局灶性脑缺血-再灌注损伤脑组织自由基及一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)变化的影响。方法:用线栓法制备大鼠局灶性脑缺血再灌注损伤模型,检测丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及一氧化氮合成酶(NOS)。结果缺血再灌注损伤后,大鼠海马神经元细胞凋亡随时间延长而增加,脂质过氧化产物丙二醛含量和一氧化氮合酶活性增高。结果:偏瘫康复丸干预可显著减轻海马神经元凋亡,降低MDA含量和NOS活性,SOD含量升高。结论:在脑缺血再灌注损伤后,偏瘫康复丸能抑制脑缺血再灌注后脂质过氧化反应,对抗自由基损伤,促进自由基清除,提高脑组织自身抗氧化能力,保护脑细胞。Objective: To observe the effects of the Piantan Kangfu pili on brain tissue free radicals and nitric oxide synthase (NOS) changes following focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury.Methods: Used intraluminal filament occlusion to prepared the focal cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury model, detected malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase tSOD) and nitric oxide synthase (NOS). After ischemia-reperfusion injury rat hippocampal neuronal apoptos^s increased with time. lipid peroxidation malondialdehyde and nitric oxide synthase activity increased.Results: Piantan Kangfu pill can significantly reduce the hippocampal neuronal apoptosis, degrade MDA content and NOS activity, increased SOD content.Conclusion: Following cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury, Piantan Kangfu pill can inhibit brain lipid peroxidation, fight against free radical damage, promote free radical scavenging and improve brain tissue antioxidant capacity, protect brain cells.
