摘　　要：目的:调研我院门诊2008年小剂量阿司匹林使用处方,探讨其使用情况,为临床医师合理使用提供依据。方法:利用自行编制的处方评价系统对我院门诊2008年全年使用阿司匹林的处方进行分析。结果:小剂量阿司匹林位居在院药物使用的第二位,并且以老年人及门诊内科使用最多。结论:我院小剂量阿司匹林使用量较大,因此应提高我院医师使用阿司匹林的防范意识,有助于降低其不良反应的发生率。Objective：Hospital out-patient study in 2008 the use of low-dose aspirin prescription, to explore its use, in order to provide the basis for the rational use of clinicians.Methods：Prepared to use self-evaluation system prescribed in our hospital out-patient clinics in 2008 full year use of aspirin prescription for analysis.Results：Low-dose aspirin in the hospital drug use ranked second, and to the elderly and out-patient medical use up to.Conclusion： In our hospital large amount of low-dose aspirin use and should therefore be to improve the use of aspirin in our hospital physician awareness of prevention and help reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
