脉搏指数连续心输出量监测(PICCO)对于急性心力衰竭患者的应用及护理

摘　　要：目的:探讨临床运用PICCO监测技术对急性心力衰竭患者进行血流动力学监测及护理。方法:解放军总医院心脏病研究所自2008年12月起对30例急性心力衰竭患者应用PICCO机进行血流动力学监测的临床护理资料。结果:本组30例病人中28例病人在监测治疗48h后病情好转,2例病人由于病情复杂,原发病较多,于治疗呼吸困难症状改善后自动出院。置管时间在2-7天,30例病人在应用PICCO期间内均未出现由其引起的严重并发症。结论:使用PICCO进行血流动力学监测,对获得并准确分析病情,有效指导临床用药有重要意义,同时可以减少并发症,减轻病人痛苦。Objective：To investigate the hemodynamic monitoring in acute heart failure patients with PICCO.Methods： To analyse the clinical nursing data of 30 cases of acute heart failure with hemodynamical monitoring, from the eardial research institue of general hospital of PLA since December.2008.Results： Among the 30 patients, 28 patients acquired clinical remission after 48 hours of hemodynamic monitoring and the corresponding treatment. Two patients discharged after the relieve of dyspnea, owning to the complicated primary diseases. The time of the tube placing were between 2 to 7days. No severe complications were observed in all the patients during the monitoring of PICCO. Conclusions： Applying hemodynamic monitoring in actue heart failure patients with PICCO is helpful for diagnosis and drug uses. Moreover, it might reduce compications and sufferings of the patients and improve the possbility of rescue.
