摘　　要：目地:探讨高龄椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者防跌倒的护理方法。方法:收集128例高龄VBI住院患者,在常规护理的基础上,针对其临床特征,结合高龄患者的生理特点,从病区环境的管理、陪护人员的管理、患者本人的管理、护理人员的管理四个方面,对预防高龄椎基底动脉供血不足性眩晕患者跌倒的发生采取护理干预。结果:与入院前比较,跌倒发生率有明显下降,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:通过四个方面对高龄VBI患者进行护理干预,有效降低了跌倒的发生率,保证了住院患者的安全。Objective：To explore the nursing method for elderly patients with vertebrobasilar insufficiency vertigo to prevent tumble. Methods：In light of the clinical features, in combination with the physiological characters of the elderly patients, from four aspects （namely, the management for ward environment, the management for accompanying groups, the management for patients by themselves and the management for nursing staff）, 128 elderly VBI inpatients received the nursing intervention for elderly patients with verterbrobasilar insufficiency vertigo to prevent tumble in addition to the routine nursing.Results ：The incidence of tumble significantly decreased, which showed significant difference statistically （P 〈 0.01）, compared with that before admission.Conclusion ：The nursing intervention on elderly VBI patients effectively reduced the incidence of tumble and ensured the safety of inpatients.
