有边型美皮康用于治疗老年卧床患者压疮的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:探讨有边型美皮康治疗老年卧床患者的临床疗效。方法:将52例老年卧床患者随机分成观察组与对照组,每组各26例。两组患者均安置在气垫床上,每隔(2～3)小时翻身一次。观察组使用有边型美皮康,对照组给予压疮的常规护理,烤灯及换药,观察临床疗效。结果:观察组的效果明显优于对照组。结论:对老年卧床患者使用有边型美皮康对压疮的治疗有显著效果。Objective：To explore clinic effect of Mepitex Border to treatment elderly patient with keep the bed. Methods：To chose 52 cases were randomly divided into observe group and control group, each group has 26 cases. Take two group＇s patients put on the air bed, every time to turn over space 2-3 hours. The observe group used Mepilex Border, the control group took bedsore genera1 nursing, parch tight and medication, to observe clinic effect. Results：The effect of observe group is much better than control group. Concluslon：Mepilex Border to treatment bedsore of elderly patient has notable effect.
