摘　　要：本文通过对美国卫生及公共服务部等有关机构考察访问,了解美国公共卫生应急风险沟通体系和机制情况。在国家突发事件管理系统框架下,美国联邦政府下属各部门和各州政府也建立了相应的突发事件管理系统,风险沟通工作贯穿于整个突发事件管理系统之中。美国疾病预防控制中心国家健康推广中心主要承担公共卫生应急风险沟通工作,负责与公众、医疗卫生人员、媒体的沟通,其中突发事件健康相关信息开发和传播是应急风险沟通工作的重要内容。This paper was to introduce the risk communication system and mechanism for public health emergency response in the USA through delegation visiting related public health service agencies such as the United States Department of Health and Human Services. The Federal Government Departments and all states set up their managing systems against emergencies in the framework of National Incident Management System. Risk communication went through the managing system. Public health emergency response and risk communication which the National Center for Health Marketing, USCDC had been responsible for communicating with the public, medical staff and mass medias, was figured everywhere in the managing system. Herein, emergency-based information development and marketing became an important aspect.
