摘 要:大体积混凝土裂缝控制是一个复杂而古老的问题,自从混凝土大规模运用以来,裂缝就一直如影相随,人们一直从不同的角度研究控制裂缝产生的方法、原理。混凝土应力基本可以从温度和水化变形两方面进行分析和控制,如何放在一起进行综合控制还是一个新课题。从这一角度阐述综合应力控制的基本方法,并将这一方法在核电站基础混凝土施工过程中得以成功运用。Cracking control in massive concreting has been a conventional but complicated problem. Since the very early application of massive concrete, researchers have been studying the cracking mechanism and methods to control them. It has been well known that concrete cracking is resulted from temperature changing (differential temperature) and cement hydration. However, to study and control the cracking by integrating the temperature with hydration mechanisms is a new topic. This paper presents an integrated stress control method based on the study which integrates the temperature with hydration mechanisms. The research resuit has been appiied successfully to foundation concreting for a number of nuclear power plants.
