摘  要:高温高湿环境给核电站核岛筏基混凝土整浇和养护带来诸多困难,尤其是易导致混凝土中心温度过高,内外温差过大,不利于裂缝控制。以某核电站核岛筏基在高温高湿环境下的混凝土浇筑的温度应变监控数据为基础,结合三维有限元数值仿真模型的理论分析结果,对养护期间的混凝土裂缝控制进行深入分析。经有效温度应变监控养护的该筏基混凝土拆模后未出现明显裂缝。此方法为其他核电站筏基混凝土浇筑裂缝控制提供了重要参考依据。Hot and humid environment brings difficulties to pouring concrete and curing of raft foundation for nuclear islands of nuclear power plants, it especially causes the high central temperature of the concrete and a great difference between internal and external temperature, which are harmful for controlling cracks. Based on the monitoring data of temperature strain in the process of pouring concrete of raft foundation for nuclear islands in hot and humid environment, a 3-D finite element numerical simulation model is set up and theoretical analysis results are given, controlling cracks on the concrete during the curing period is analyzed. There are no obvious cracks on the concrete after stripping. Which provides an important basis for crack control of pouring concrete of raft foundations for other nuclear power plants.
