HPLC法测定甲硝唑葡萄糖注射液中5-羟甲基糠醛的含量

摘　　要：目的：建立测定甲硝唑葡萄糖注射液中5-羟甲基糠醛的含量的反相高效液相色谱法。方法：采用Agilent XDBC18色谱柱（250×4.6 mm,5μm）,以甲醇-水（20：80）为流动相,流速1.0 ml/min,紫外检测器检测波长为284 nm。结果：方法线性范围为2.02-15.15μg/ml,相关系数为r=0.9993 平均回收率为98.9%,RSD为1.4%（n=9）。结论：采用RP-HPLC法测定甲硝唑葡萄糖注射液中5-羟甲基糠醛的含量,方法简便,专属性强,结果准确可靠。Objective：To establish a RP-HPLC method for the determination of 5-（Hydroxylmethyl）-2-furalclehyde in metronidazole and glucose injection.Methods：Agilent XDB C18（250×4.6 mm,5 μm）was used for the separation.The mobile phase was methanol-water（20：80）.The flow rate was 1.0 ml/min,and the detection wavelength was 284 nm.Results：The method was proved to be linear in the range of 2.02～15.15 μg/ml with a regression coefficient of 0.9993.The average recovery of the method was 98.9% and RSD 1.4%（n=9）.Conclusion：This method is simple,rapid,accurate and is suitable for determination of 5-（Hydroxylmethyl）-2-furalclehyde in metronidazole and glucose injection.
