摘 要:目的:建立果蔬中21种有机磷类农药残留量的毛细管气相色谱快速检测方法。方法:样品经搅拌成匀浆后,利用乙腈直接萃取,浓缩干燥后丙酮定容,再通过R tx-1701毛细管柱,FPD气相色谱定性和定量。结果:21种有机磷农药在29 m in内能有效分离,定量分析呈良好的线性关系,相关系数均大于99%,在豆角、大白菜、梨中的2个添加浓度水平回收率为80.4%-93.4%,RSD为2.6%-9.9% 在R tx-1701毛细管柱上最小检测浓度为0.003-0.032 mg/kg,符合卫生标准要求。结论:该方法样品处理简单,准确度和精密度好,成本低,适合果蔬中多种有机磷类农药残留检测。Objective:To establish a method for rapid determination of 21 organophosphorus pesticide residues in vegetables and fruits by capillary gas chromatography at the same time.Methods:The sample was stirred into homogenate and extracted by acetonitrile.After the extract was concentrated,the residues were dissolved to constant volume with acetone and injected into capillary gas chromatography with Rtx-1701 and flame photometric detector for qualification and quantification.Results:The pesticides were separated from each other very well within 29 minutes.Good linearities were obtained.The recovery rates of two levels in beans,Chinese cabbages and pears were from 80.4% to 93.4% and the relative standard derivation was from 2.6% to 9.9%.The minimum detection concentration was from 0.003 to 0.032 mg/kg.Conclusion:This method is simple,rapid,accurate and reliable.It can be applied to determine the organophosphorus pesticide multi-residues in vegetables and fruits.
