摘  要:目的:观察2006-2008泌尿系统感染标本中大肠埃希菌分离、ESBL分布及菌株耐药性情况。方法:按照CLSI标准,对2006-2008年我院泌尿系统感染标本中分离到的525株大肠埃希菌株进行药物敏感实验,并分析菌株分布、耐药性及ESBL分离状况。结果:大肠埃希菌分离率和ESBL菌株逐年增加,存在多重耐药菌株。结论:合理使用抗生素,降低耐药性发生,并加强抗生素耐药监测。Objective:To study the isolation number,ESBL and antibiotic resistance of Escherichia coli in urinary system infection from 2006 to 2008.Methods:Accuding to CLSI,we performed antibiotic susceptibility test to 525 Escherichia coli isolated in urinary system infection in second hospital of Harbin medical university from 2006 to 2008,and studied the distribution,antibiotic resistance and the number of ESBL of the isolations.Results:The tend of antibiotic resistance and the number of ESBL of Escherichia coli in urinary system infection was rising,and multi-antibiotic resistance isolation was found.Conclusion:The antibiotic must be used reasonably in order to reduce the emergence of antiboiotic resistance.The survellance of antibiotic resistance is neccesary.
