摘 要:对于双向电压源高频逆变器的控制问题,提出了一种新型的单极性移相控制策略,即采用单极性单调制波的控制,高频变压器直流偏磁受到抑制,磁芯利用率高。阐述了全桥全波式高频逆变器主电路拓扑的工作原理,应用该策略可以实现变压器漏感能量和输出滤波电感电流的自然换流,周波变换器功率开关的ZVS工作。详细分析了逆变器在一个高频开关周期内的10个工作模态电路,讨论了关键电路参数的设计原则。进行了MTLAB仿真分析,其结果表明,该控制策略实现了功率双向流动,变换效率高,周波变换器实现了ZVS换流,输出正弦电压波的正负对称性好,且易于工程实现。A novel uni-polarity phase shifting control strategy, namely uni-polarity and single modulation control, was proposed in this paper according to the control of bi-directional voltage mode high-frequency link inverters. The utilization rate of magnetic core was high because the DC magnetic bias of high-frequency transformer was restrained. The operation principle of the proposed control strategy was analyzed with the main circuit topology of the full bridge-full wave mode HF inverters. With this strategy, the leakage inductance energy and the output filtering inductance current were naturally commutated, while ZVS switching of cycloconverter was realized. Ten kinds of working mode circuits within one switching period were carefully analyzed and the design criterions of key circuit parameters were discussed. The simulation analyzed results with MATLAB validate the feasibilities of the proposed strategy, such as bi-directional power flow, high efficiency of inversion, ZVS commutation of cycloconverter, good properties of plus-minus symmetry and the proposed strategy is easily applied to engineering.
