摘　　要：从生产实际考虑,选用了冷装法来装配矿山机械复合轴套。进行了不同冷冻温度的试验,选取了冷装时适宜的冷冻温度,并通过计算压入力验证了该选择的合理性。选用了复叠制冷,在-80～-60℃的低温箱作冷冻设备。这种冷装工艺效果可行,已在生产中广泛应用。According to the production actual, the cold fitting method is selected to assemble the mining ma- chinery composite sleeves. The freezing experiments on the different temperature are carried out and the right temperature is selected. The rationality of this choice is also certificated through the calculation of the pressing strength. And the freezing equipment is selected which can provide with the overlapping refrigeration and can freeze onto -80 - -60 ℃. This cold fitting assembly technology is feasible and widely applied in the production.
