摘 要:采用自行开发的JDRJ+GdCl3精炼剂对稀土镁合金GW103K进行精炼。研究了GdCl3添加量对镁合金GW103K的Gd损耗率、除杂效果、力学性能、耐腐蚀性能、抗疲劳性能以及铸造流动性等性能的影响。结果表明,当GdCl3添加量为2.5%时,精炼效果最好,试样的综合性能最佳;而过多添加GdCl3,则会在熔体中产生熔剂夹杂,反而降低了合金的综合性能。The rare earth chloride was added into the self-developed refining flux JDRJ, which was used to refine the RE magnesium alloy GW103K. The effect of GdCl3 addition on the Gd loss rate, impurity cleaning effect, mechanical property, corrosion resistance, fatigue resistance, and.casting fluidity of magnesium alloy GW103K were investigated. The results indicate that when the addition of GdCl3 was 2.5%, the comprehensive properties of the refined samples were the best, however, when the addition of GdCl3 was excessive, the flux inclusion was produced in the alloy melt, which decreased the comprehensive properties of the RE magnesium alloy.
