摘　　要：COREX炼铁工程矿煤槽结构"头重脚轻",漏斗外形尺寸大,与设备接口多,安装定位精度要求高。从结构特点入手,重点从结构安装思路、料仓及漏斗安装定位方法、CO2气体保护焊现场焊接工艺等三个方面进行简述,详细介绍矿煤槽钢结构施工控制要点和关键施工技术。从投产后应用情况来看,其设备定位接口精确、焊接质量优良。In Corex Tower, the coal and ore bins have the shape of funnel, which have big heads with small feet. This funnel has huge dimension, and lots of interfaces connected with various equipments, which require exact locations. Based on the structure characteristics, this article introduces the installation technology of the coal and ore bins through description of the installation plan, the methods to locate the hopper and the funnel, and the site CO2 shielded welding process, with emphasis on the critical points of installation control and the key construction technology. From actual production process, the exact location of the equipment interfaces and welding process with high quality are realized.
