摘 要:针对梅花井煤矿112201工作面切眼跨度大、粉砂质泥岩顶板遇水易崩解软化、顶板破碎难支护的技术难题,对112201工作面切眼顶板岩样进行了X射线衍射实验,研究了切眼粉砂质泥岩顶板遇水失稳的影响因素,并据此确定了大断面粉砂质泥岩顶板开切眼支护技术参数。现场实践表明,锚梁网支护技术有效地解决了大断面粉砂质泥岩顶板切眼的支护问题,为综采工作面的安全、高效生产提供了技术保证。According to the technical difficulties of the large span open - off cut of the coal mining face, silty mudstone roof to be easy falling and softening when with water and the broken roof hard to support in the 112201 coal mining face of Meihuajing Mine, the X ray diffraction test was conducted on the rock samples of the roof above the open - off cut of the 112201 coal mining face. The paper had a study on the influence factors of stability lost with water for the silty mudstone roof above the open - off cut. Thus the support technical parameters of the large cross section silty mudstone roof above the open - off cut were determined. The site practices showed that the bolt - beam - steel mesh support technology could be effectively to solve the support problem of the large cross section silty mudstone roof above the open - off cut and could provide the technical guarantee to the safety and high efficient production of the fully mechanized coal mining face.
