摘 要:针对郑州氧化铝二厂生产能力低、磨矿细度不够及钢耗偏高等问题对细磨磨矿机介质进行优化研究。研究结果表明:生产中主要问题是充填率不够、介质形状不合理及补球制度不完善。现场采用60 mm钢球尺寸偏大,降为40 mm配比后产品细度可提高10.19个百分点。充填率从36%提高到40%,产品细度可提高5.90个百分点。充填率相同情况下,混合铸段组比混合钢球组合格粒级提高3.28个百分点,磨矿效率按新生成-170目计q-170提高了17.25%。In view of low production capacity,poor grind fineness and high ball consumption,media optimization in atomizer mill was studied in Aluminum Oxide No.2 Factory.The result showed that the main problems lied in low filling ratio,irrational media shape and incomplete adding ball system.The ball diameter of 60 mm was too large.After the diameter of ball was decreased to 40 mm,the production fineness was increased by 10.19%,meanwhile the filling ratio increased from 36% to 40% and the product fineness improved by 5.90 %.At the same filling ratio,qualified particles in hybrid casting balls were increased by 3.28 %,comparing with that in hybrid steel balls,and the grinding efficiency was increased by 17.25% at-170 meshes.
