摘 要:依据层次分析法(AHP法)原理,从经济指标、环境指标和钢渣资源性指标3个影响因素建立递阶层次结构模型。以山东某钢铁公司产生的钢渣为研究对象,从钢渣化学成分和物相成分的角度出发,结合钢渣各资源化途径的独特要求,探讨钢渣资源性与资源化途径的密切关系,拟合出不同性质钢渣的资源性,作为结构模型中的资源性指标。然后分别对模型中的3个影响因素进行定性和半定量化处理,最终实现钢渣资源化途径优化的决策,为政府部门和环境管理者提供决策参考。According to the principle of the Analytic Hierarchy Process,a ladder hierarchical structure model was built from three factors of economy index,environment index and steel slag index.Taking steel slags from a Shandong Iron and Steel Company as a case,and along with the specific demand in exploring ways of steel slag as resources,the relationship between the attributes of steel slag and reusing approaches of it was investigated from the chemical composition and phase composition of the steel slag,and the different nature of resources were found out as a structural model index of resource.Then the three related factors on modeling were processed qualitatively and semi-quantitatively.In consequences,the decision-making analysis and evaluation on optimum schemes for steel slag utilization were realized,which can be referred by government and environmental policies' makers.
