摘 要:目的通过应用酸性氧化电位水对病床、床头桌、地面、墙面等物体表面擦拭及呼吸机螺纹管清洗消毒,了解酸性氧化电位水消毒效果。方法将观察目标分为试验组及对照组,按照《消毒技术规范》要求对目标样本消毒前后进行采样观察效果。结果酸性氧化电位水对物体表面、环境地面擦拭接触3 min,呼吸机管路各部件浸泡作用3 min,平均杀灭对数值>1,消毒合格。结论应用酸性氧化电位水对环境物体表面及诊疗护理用具进行清洁和消毒,可以达到理想效果。OBJECTIVE To investigate the disinfection effect of using the acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water to clean and disinfect the beds, tables, floors and the respirator ventilator tubes. METHODS Dividing the target into the test group and the control group, the samples before and after disinfection with the acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water were compared according to the Technical specifications of disinfection. RESULTS The average values of the disinfection was greater than 1 log killing value, after the acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water contact with the environment surface and the respirator ventilator tubes for three minutes. CONCLUSIONS It is effective to dean and disinfect the medical environment surface and the Medical care equipment with the acidic electrolyzed oxidizing water.
