低温等离子体灭菌方式在手术室的应用与管理

摘　　要：目的探讨过氧化氢等离子低温灭菌系统灭菌过程中的管理及对灭菌效果的监测,确保灭菌质量。方法规范步骤,严格按灭菌操作程序进行操作;采用化学指示卡和生物指示剂对灭菌过程监测。结果所有灭菌包应用化学指示卡和生物指示剂监测,结果显示无菌生长。结论物品灭菌前清洗干净,选择适合的物品和消毒模式严格管理,灭菌及检测方法正确才能确保灭菌效果,提供安全的手术无菌物品。OBJECTIVE To explore the methods of application and management of low-temperature plasma sterilizer. METHODS The operating procedures were carried out strictly. The biological and chemical indicatons were used to monitor the effects in the sterilization process. RESULTS In 120 times of sterilization processes using low-temperature plasma sterilizer, the chemical indicators and indicating patch were discolored and the results were all negative. CONCLUSIONS Strict management and correct monitoring are very important to improve the sterilization quality for safety operation.
