摘　　要：目的加强消毒供应室集中式管理,更好地为临床服务。方法2005年9月起,将全院可重复使用消毒物品回收至消毒供应室进行集中处理。结果通过实施消毒供应室集中式管理,改变以往科室处理可重复使用器械的无序状态,使清洗、消毒、灭菌水平取得明显成效。结论集中式管理可以提高工作质量,进一步强化供应室护士的技能。OBJECTIVE To strengthen the centralized management of central sterile supply department（CSSD） to serve the clinical needs better. METHODS The recycling devices from whole hospital were centralized in CSSD since September, 2005 for reprocessing practice. RESULTS After implementation of centralized management in CSSD, the chaotic state of device and instrumentation management was significantly changed and the cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization quality was improved. CONCLUSIONS The centralized management practice results in improving workg qualities, and raising the skills among CSSD nurses.
