摘 要:目的了解临床真菌的分布及耐药状况。方法采用科玛嘉显色培养基和API 20C进行菌种鉴定,Rosco纸片扩散法进行药敏试验。结果4816株真菌中,假丝酵母菌属占98.3%,其他真菌占1.7%;白色假丝酵母菌在痰和血液中分别占64.9%和22.6%,光滑假丝酵母菌在痰和血液中分别占13.4%和39.6%,热带假丝酵母菌在脓液及创面分泌物和血液中分别占2.9%和16.9%;白色假丝酵母菌对4种抗真菌药物的耐药率最低,克柔假丝酵母菌的耐药率最高。结论临床分离真菌以假丝酵母菌属为主;不同标本中真菌构成比不同;对抗真菌药物的耐药率亦不同。OBJECTIVE To investigate the distribution and the situation of antifungal resistance in the clinical isolates of fungi. METHODS Candida spp were identified with CHROMagar plates and API 20 C. Antifungal susceptibility test was performed with Ro sco disk diffusion method. RESULTS Of the 4816 clinical isolates, Candida and the other fungi accounted for 98.3% and 1.7 %, respectively. About 64.9% and 22.6 % of C. albicans and about 13.4% and 39.6% of C. glabrata were isolated from sputum and blood. About 2.9% and 16.9% of C. tropicalis were isolated from pus or wounds and blood. The resistance rates of C. albicans to four antifungal agents were the lowest and that of C. krusei was the highest. CONCLUSIONS In clinical fungal isolates Candida are the major. The proportions of fungi in different specimens vary widely. The resistance rates of Candida to antifungal agents are different too.
