20株多药耐药鲍氏不动杆菌菌株亲缘性分析

摘  要:目的对20株多药耐药鲍氏不动杆菌(MDR-ABA)进行了15种β-内酰胺酶基因、氨基糖苷类修饰酶基因、消毒剂耐药基因检测,对检测结果作样本聚类分析以了解菌株亲缘性。方法菌株亲缘性分析为多基因聚类分析法,以耐药基因为分子标记作检测结果的样本聚类分析。结果20株MDR-ABA对12种常用抗菌药物中的11种均耐药,亚胺培南的耐药率为35%;20株MDR-ABA以耐药基因为分子标记作检测结果的样本聚类分析,20株可分A、B两群,其中A群存在4个克隆传播,分别为S2-S5-S7-S8-S19、S4-S6-S17、S11-S14-S16、S12-S13。结论20株MDR-ABA衍生关系密切,有共同的祖先,并存在多个克隆传播。OBJECTIVE To investigate the relateness of 20 strains of multiple drug-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii (MDR-ABA), test the 15 genes expressing β-lactamases, the aminoglycoside modifying enzymes and quaternary ammonium compounds of MDR-ABA and to conduct the relative analysis of results. METHODS Using polygenic cluster analysis method, the molecular marker on the resistant gene and the test results had been analzed by cluster. RESULTS Twenty strains of MDR-ABA all were resistant to 11 antibacterial agents except imipenem. The drug resistance rate of imipenem was 35%. With molecular marker on the resistant gene, the test results of 20 strains MDR-ABA indicated that they were divided into groups A and B. In group A there was 4 clone spread, that were S2-S5-S7-S8-S19, 84-S6-S17, S11-S14-S16 and S12-S13. CONCLUSIONS The test results indicate that there are close derivative relations among 20 strains of MDR-ABA. Who have common ancestor and multiple clone spread.
