免疫球蛋白治疗肾移植术后巨细胞病毒肺炎疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨免疫球蛋白治疗肾移植术后巨细胞病毒(CMV)肺炎临床疗效。方法分析医院肾移植术后CMV肺炎患者在综合治疗措施基础上联合免疫球蛋白治疗的临床实验资料,未用免疫球蛋白患者作为对照组,比较两组患者临床有效率,ICU入住时间及抗菌药物使用时间,并观察肾功能情况。结果肾移植术后CMV肺炎联合使用免疫球蛋白治疗临床总有效率(91.4%)明显高于对照组(77.1%),ICU入住时间及抗菌药物使用时间明显缩短,免疫球蛋白治疗后患者血清IgG水平明显提高,尿素及肌酐水平无明显改变。结论肾移植术后CMV肺炎患者联合使用免疫球蛋白治疗,明显提高临床疗效,是一种安全的CMV肺炎治疗药物。OBJECTIVE To investigate the therapeutic role of immunogiobin in cytomegalovirus （CMV） pneumonia after kidney transplantation. METHODS Patients with CMV pneumonia after kidney transplantation were treated with immunoglobin, The clinic data included the effective rates and the time of stay in ICU and antibiotics were analyzed. RESULTS The total effective rates in treatment and control groups were 91 % and 77.1 %, respectively with significant difference（P〈0.05）. The time of stay in ICU and antibiotics in treatment group was decreased than that of control group. The level of IgG increased, but the kidney function did not change in treatment group. CONCLUSIONS Kidney the treatment with immunoglobin is effective and safe for CMV pneumonia after kidney transplantation.
