新生儿科医院感染管理组织机构及人员职责探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨新生儿科医院感染管理组织成员组成及职责。方法按照《医院感染管理办法》、《医院管理评价指南》和《JCI医院评审标准》要求,建立和完善新生儿科医院感染管理组织,明确并落实成员职责,制定新生儿医院感染暴发应急处置预案。结果新生儿科医院感染管理制度和措施得以有效执行,医院感染率由4.36%下降到1.74%,未发生新生儿医院感染暴发。结论完善的新生儿科医院感染管理组织是预防与控制新生儿科医院感染的有力保障。OBJECTIVE Study the member composition and responsibilities of management organization of the neonatal hospital infection. METHODS According to the demand of the ＂ The measures of hospital infection control＂, ＂The evaluation guidelines of hospital management＂, ＂Joint Commission International（JCI） hospital assessment norm＂, we established and improveed the management organization of the neonatal hospital infection, identified and implement member＇s responsibility, and set up the emergency preparedness plan for the neonatal hospital infection outbreak. RESULTS The management system and measures of the neonatal hospital infection performed effectively by the above projects. CONCLUSIONS The perfect management organization of the neonatal hospital infection provide powerful guarantee for preventing and controlling the neonatal hospital infection.
