摘　　要：针对金刚石膜片硬脆的特点,利用等离子体弧进行了抛光实验研究。用选定的参数进行扫描抛光,试验结果表明,用等离子体弧加工金刚石膜片具有一定的抛光效果,同时进一步明确了石墨化过程和熔化过程。The paper put forward the method of plasma-arc polishing Diamond films. Through the testing, the experimental point of view of the polishing of this new technology based on more compre- hensive study and polishing can be made. Polishing parameters of diamond films by Plasma arc were studied and analyzed, such as current, scanning speed, scanning frequency of process parameters on the effects of surface roughness. Meanwhile, the carbonization and the melted are mentioned.
