红花烟草杂交和自交结实率的观察

摘　　要：为利用烟草杂种优势和挖掘育种潜在用途，对红花烟草６个类型中的９个品种杂交、６个品种套袋自交和自然授粉的结实率及结籽数进行了观察．结果表明，不同烟草类型和品种，杂交的结实率和单果结籽数存在极显著差异（１％水平）．虽然套袋自交和自然授粉结实率相同，但单果结籽数之间的差异极显著．This study aims at providing a scientific basis for the utilization of tobacco hybrids superiority and fullfilling the potential of its usage.Nine hybrid varieties and six self cross varieties of six kinds of tobaccos (N.tabatum L.) are observed in this experiment.At the same time,their natural pollination fruit rate and seed bearing quantity are also observed.Results show that among different kinds and varieties of tobaccos,cross fruiting rate and seed breeding quantity of a single fruit differ significantly(about 1%).Although natural pollination and self cross lead to the same fruit rate,the seed quantity between types differs a lot.
