摘  要:研究采用掺杂锰矿粉的β-PbO2/锰矿粉复合高压塑片电极为阳极,以不锈钢片为阴极对对硝基苯酚(p-NP)模拟废水进行了电解氧化处理,考察了电解质种类、电解质浓度、pH以及p-NP初始浓度对电解氧化效果的影响。结果表明,掺杂适量锰矿粉的β-PbO2/锰矿粉复合电极具有良好催化氧化p-NP的性能;在以NaCl为电解质的体系中,电解效果明显高于其他电解质体系,在30mA/cm2的电流强度下电解1.0h,p-NP的去除率可达到70.3%,降解过程符合一级反应动力学,其一级动力学方程为c=c0e-3.6010t;电解质为10g/L NaCl,pH=7.2时,电解效果最佳,反应速率最大,k=3.9468h-1,R2=0.9557。Electro-catalysis oxidation process has been carried through for treating simulated p-nitrophenol wastewater by using composite high pressure plastic electrode as anode and stainless electrode as cathode. The type and concentration of electrolyte, pH and the effect of the initial concentration ofp-NP on the result of electro-catalysis oxidation process have been investigated. The results show that the manganese powder-doped β-PbO2/manganese powder composite electrode has very good performance of catalyzing and oxidizing p-NP. When NaCl is used as electrolyte, the electrolysis efficiency is apparently higher than electrolytes of other types. Under current intensity 30 mA/cm^2, after electrolyzing 1.0 h, the removal rate of p-NP can reach 70.3%. The degradation process accords with the first-grade reaction kinetics. When the equation of the first-grade reaction kinetics is c=coe-3.6010t, the electrolyte is 10 g/L of NaCl and pH=7.2, the electrolysis efficiency is the best and the reaction velocity is the highest, k=3.946 8 h^-1,R^2=0.955 7.
