山羊卵巢无腔卵泡的分离及其形态特征

摘　　要：采用胶原蛋白酶和ＤＮＡ酶结合机械处理分离１～６０日龄山羊卵巢无腔卵泡，每只卵巢平均回收具有３～４层颗粒细胞的可利用无腔卵泡１８．１４枚。在所分离的卵泡中，原始卵泡和初级卵泡占多数，次级卵泡占一小部分。从大于１０日龄山羊卵巢分离的大无腔卵泡的回收率高。The ovarian non-antral follicles were isolated by collagenase mixed with DNA ase in combination with mechanical treatment from 1～60 day old goats,and the average18.49 utilizable non-antral follicles with3～4 layers of granulosa cells were obtained from an ovary.The primordial and primary follicles were in the majority and the secondary follicles were only a small part of the isolated follicles.The higher recovery rate of the large non-antral follicles was acquired when isolated from over 10day old goat ovaries.
