肝素和羊血清对绵羊附睾精子体外获能的影响

摘　　要：通过体外受精试验检验了肝素和羊血清在绵羊附睾精子体外获能中的作用。结果表明，在获能液ＳＯＦＭ＋０．６％牛血清白蛋白（ＢＳＡ）中加入５、１５、２５、５０ＩＵ／ｍｌ肝素不能有效诱导精子获能，所得卵裂率（１６．１％，１１．２％，１４．５％，１５．８％）与不加肝素的对照组（１０．０％）相比，差异不显著；获能液ＳＯＦＭ＋２０％羊血清（ＳＳ）对精子获能效果优于ＳＯＦＭ＋０．６％ＢＳＡ＋肝素，二者卵裂率差异显著（５０％ＶＳ１４．７％Ｐ＜０．０５）；获能液ＳＯＦＭ＋２０％ＳＳ中再加入５、１５、２５ＩＵ／ｍｌ肝素可明显增强获能效果，所得卵裂率（８１．４％，８０．４％，８１．３％）与不加肝素的对照组（４６％）相比，差异显著（Ｐ＜０．０５）。Effects of heparin and sheep Serum on in vitro capacitation of ram epididymal sperm were examined through in vitro fertilization. No significant difference were found between these 3 groups with heparin (Cleavage rates of oocytes were 16 .1%、11.2%、14.5%、15.8%) and the control group without heparin (10.0%); Capacitation medium So FM+20% sheep Serum (SS) is more effective for sperm capacitation than medium so FM+0.6% BSA+heparin, There is significant difference between them (Cleavaec rate 50% Vs 14.7% P <0.05); Capacitation medium soFM+20%ss supplemented 5、15、25IU/ml heparin appavently enhanced the Capacitation. The Cleavage rates (81.4%、80.4%、81.3%) were significant higher That fhat of medium Without heparin (46%).
