摘  要:利用SRAP分子标记技术对16个河南省中晚粳新品系进行了遗传多样性研究。从70个引物组合中筛选出了10个用于PCR反应,其扩增出104个条带,平均每个引物扩增的条带数为10.4个,多态性条带66个,多态性比率为63.46%,显示了较高的多态性。其中,有9个引物具有单一标记条带或特异缺失条带,共可鉴别8个品种。应用SPSS11.5分析软件对16种供试材料进行了聚类分析,结果显示:16种供试材料可分为5类,其中新丰039和豫粳6号各单独聚为一类。16个品种间的遗传相似系数在0.186~0.808之间,其中信粳03260和新稻03G43的亲缘关系最近,而3优121和豫粳6号的遗传差异最大。这些结果可为水稻种质资源的鉴定、遗传多样性分析和水稻育种工作中杂交亲本的选择提供科学依据。SRAP (Sequence-related amplified polymorphism) was used to assess genetic diversity of 16 new lines of Japonica rice in Henan Province. 104 bands were amplified by using 10 pairs of primers selected from 70 primers, of which 66 were polymorphic bands, and the polymorphic percentage of bands was 63.46%. 8 varieties can be identified using 9 primers by which single-marked band or specific-lost band was amplified. In addition, 16 accessions were also clustered by SPSS11.5 software. The results showed that 16 accessions could be classified into five groups. Xinfeng 039 and Yujing 6 were clustered respectively. The genetic simi- larity coefficient of 16 varieties was from 0.186 to 0.808, the highest genetic similarity coefficient was detected between Xinjing 03260 and Xindao 03CA3 with the lowest coefficient revealed between 3 You 121 and Yujing 6. The results provided a feasible research foundation for germ plasma identification, genetic diversity analysis, and hybrid parents selection in rice breeding.
