摘　　要：语义学是研究语言单位和话语的意义的科学,是语言学的分支学科。语义学研究的对象是语言的意义,探索语言、思维和客观世界之间的关系。目前许多学者认为:当今语言学研究大有语义化之趋势,语义学的发展必将为语言学和其他学科的研究开辟更为广阔的前景。Semantics is a kind of science which researches language item and language＇s significance. It is the branch of linguistics. The target of semantics researching is language＇s significance, and studying the relationships among language, thinking and objecetive world. At present, many scholars consider that linguistics study has the tendency of semantics meaning, which will open up a vast range of propects for linguistics and other disciplines.
