摘  要:目的研究离子色谱法测定饮用水中氯化消毒副产物的方法。方法采用阴离子分析柱和淋洗液浓度梯度洗脱,对水中氯化副产物含量进行测定。结果离子色谱法对水中氯化副产物定量检出限5μg/L;线性相关系数大于0.999。高、中、低浓度加标回收率二氯乙酸为97.3%~101%,三氯乙酸为100.3%~102.4%。经不同地区自来水测定表明,水中氯化物含量低于50mg/L可直接测定。结论离子色谱法可直接测定水中氯化副产物含量,各项技术指标均能满足卫生标准要求。Objective To study the method of determination of chlorination hyproduct in drinking water by ion chromatography. Methods Anion exchange column and gradient elution were used to measure concentration of chlorides in wa- ter. Results The lower limit of the chlorination disinfection byproducts in water detetegd by ion chromatography was 5 μg/L ; the linear relative coefficient r was 〉 0.999. Recovery rates of high, medium and low concentrations of dichloro- acetic acid were 97.3% - 101% and those of trichloroacetic acid were 100.3% - 102.4%. Measurement of tap water from different districts indicated that chloride content in water lower than 50 mg/L could be measured directly. Conclusion Ion chromatography can directly measure chlorination disinfection byproduct content in water and various technical inde- xes can fulfil the requirements of sanitary standards.
