摘  要:目的研究酸性氧化电位水理化性能及其对白色念珠菌杀灭作用的影响因素。方法采用理化分析和悬液定量杀菌试验方法,对不同电介质电解生成的酸性氧化电位水理化性能及其杀菌影响因素进行了观察。结果氯化钠、无水硫酸钠和硝酸钠等3种电介质,只有电解氯化钠产生的酸性氧化电位水的各种性能符合要求。该酸性氧化电位水在清洁条件下,作用30 s对悬液内白色念珠菌平均杀灭率为99.99%。酸性氧化电位水杀菌的主要因子为有效氯,其pH值和氧化还原电位对杀菌作用起重要促进作用。结论所试验的3种电介质中只有氯化钠电解产生的酸性氧化电位水理化性能和杀菌作用符合消毒要求。Objective To study the physical and chemical properties of electrolyzed oxidizing water (EOW) and the fac- tors influencing its efficacy in killing Candida albicans. Methods Physicchemical analysis and suspension quantitative germicidal test method were used to observe the physicochemical properties of different anodic effluent produced by electrol- ysis of ( NaC1, Na2 SO4 and NaNO3 ) and the factors influencing its germicidal efficacy. Results Among three testing elec- trolytes, i.e. NaCl, Na2SO4 and NaNO3 solutions, only EOW generated from anodic effluent of electrolyzed NaCl solution had the properties fulfilling the requirement. Under clean condition, it could kill 99.99% of C. albicans after a contact time of 30 s. The main germicidal factor of EOW was available chlorine, pH and ORP value played important roles as well. Conclusions Among the three testing electrolytes, only EOW generated from anodic effluent of electrolyzed NaCl solution has physicochemical properties and germicidal efficacy which fulfill the requirements.
