抗菌整理剂处理病房床单抗菌效果观察

摘　　要：目的研究WS-8810抗菌卫生整理剂对处理普通病房床单的抗菌效果。方法采用压印法采样和常规细菌培养方法,对WS-8810抗菌卫生整理剂处理的普通病房床单进行抗菌效果观察。结果含有阳离子型抗菌剂的WS-8810抗菌卫生整理剂处理的病房床单对自然菌的平均抗菌有效率为97.6%。对用该抗菌卫生整理剂处理的病房床单布样抽样作无菌检验,无菌率达到91.4%,未经抗菌卫生整理剂处理的布样无菌比例为0%。结论该抗菌卫生整理剂处理的病房床单显示出明显抗菌效果,抗菌率为97.6%(>90%)消毒合格。Objective To determine the antibacterial efficacy of bed sheets treated with antibacterial hygienic finishing a- gent WS -8810. Methods Imprint sampling method and conventional bacterial culture method were used to observe the antibacterial efficacy of bed sheets treated with antibacterial hygienic finishing agent WS - 8810. Results The Average bacterial colonies on the sheet samples treated with antibacterial hygienic finishing agent WS - 8810 was 0. 15 cfu/cm^2, while that of the untreated sheet samples was 6.24 cfu/cm^2 , so the antimicrobial rate of the treated sheets was 97.6% （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Sterile examination of bed sheet samples found that the sterile rate of the samples of the treated bed sheets was 91.4%, while that of the untreated bed sheets was 0%. Conclusion The bacteria colonies on the hospital ward bed sheets obviously reduced after treated with the antibacterial finishing agent, the antimicrobial rate was 97.6% （ 〉 90% ）, which fulfills the requirement of hospital bed sheet disinfection.
