摘　　要：目的了解山东省医疗机构层流洁净手术室运行状况,为加强层流洁净手术室质量管理提供参考。方法采用现场采样和检测方法,对省内22所医疗机构49间洁净手术室进行了综合性能指标监测。结果所检测的洁净手术室主要指标物体表面染菌密度、沉降菌、尘埃粒子数合格率较高,分别为92.72%、84.21%和81.63%。洁净手术室内换气次数和光照度合格率分别为19.23%和23.91%,室内温度、相对湿度、静压差、噪声、工作截面风速的检测合格率均比较低,只有50%左右。结论层流洁净手术室质量管理存在问题,微小气候指标合格率较低。Objective To know the comprehensive properties of laminar flow clean operating rooms of some hospitals in Shandong Province. Methods On - the - spot sampling and examination were used to monitor the comprehensive property indexes of 49 clean operating rooms at rest condition of 22 hospitals. Results The eligible rates of density of surface contaminating bacteria, depositing bacterial concentration, dust particle count were 92.72% , 84.21% and 81.63 % , respec- tively;while the eligible rates of temperature, relative humidity, static pressure difference, noise, wind speed, illumination and ventilation frequency were relatively low. Conclusion There are problems in quality administration of laminar flow clean operating rooms in some hospitals of Shandong province. The eligible rates of microclimate indexes in these hospitals are low.
