摘 要:面向我国各类院校和中小企业需求,结合当前光、电领域的新技术,本研究开发了一种新颖的光固化快速成形设备。该设备采用单片紫外发光二极管为光源,在驱动电路作用下,发散光束经光学聚焦系统聚焦于树脂固化面。同时,该设备的数控系统采用基于可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)结构,完成对设备各底层单元的控制及输入信号的采集;通过串行通信端口,实现数据在PC机与PLC之间的传输。实验结果表明:该设备各项指标达到设计要求,运行稳定。与常规光固化快速成形设备相比,该设备具有成本低、结构简单、开发周期短等突出特点。To satisfy the demands of education academies and middle & small-scale corporations, a novel stereo- lithography apparatus is developed. In the system, an ultraviolet optical system based on a single light emitting di- ode was adopted ; and divergent beam was focused to resin cured level under the action of driving circuit and optical focusing system. In addition, a numerical system based on a Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) was employed to control the lower units and collect input signals; and data were transmitted between the PC and the PLC through a serial communication port. Experimental results indicate that the apparatus meets design requirements and its operation is stable. Compared with conventional stereolithography apparatus, the prominent characteristics of this apparatus are low cost, simple structure and short development period.
