多普勒超声引导痔动脉结扎治疗痔的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨多普勒超声引导痔动脉结扎治疗痔的临床疗效。方法将130例纳入病例按住院先后顺序随机分为对照组和观察组各65例。对照组采用外剥内扎术进行治疗;观察组采用DG-HAL术进行治疗。术后评估疗效。结果两组患者临床疗效比较,观察组总有效率(83.1%)明显优于对照组(64.6%),具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论DG-HAL术治疗痔具有微创、安全,操作简单及术后恢复快等优势,值得临床推广使用。Objective To discusses the clinical curative effect about Doppler supersonic guidance hemorrhoids artery ligation treatment hemorrhoids. Methods Integrates the case 130 examples to divide into the control group and observation group each 65 examples stochastically successively according to in hospital order. Outside the control group uses exhausted in grips the technique to carry on the treatment; The observation group uses the DG-HAL technique to carry on the treatment. After the technique, appraises the curative effect. Results Two group of patient clinical curative effect comparison, observation group total effectiveness （83.1%） surpasses the control group obviously （64.6%）, has statistics significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusions The DG-HAL technique treatment hemorrhoids have micro create, safely, after simplicity of operator and technique, restores and so on superiority quiekly, is worth the clinical promoted use.
