摘　　要：目的通过对妊娠合并梅毒患者及新生儿的护理,以提高护理质量。方法对28例妊娠合并梅毒患者,实施个体化的健康教育,加强护患沟通,取得相互信任并进行有效的心理护理,同时加强分娩期、产后及新生儿的积极有效的监测护理治疗。结果消除了妊娠合并梅毒患者的心理障碍,积极配合治疗及护理,达到满意效果,同时,促进了患者的身心康复。结论提高妊娠合并梅毒的诊断率,有效防止疾病的传播,为患者提供优质的治疗护理服务,是当前医务工作者义不容辞的责任。Objective To improve nursing quality by means of nursing of women with syphilis in pregnancy and their neonates. Methods Health education by individual to 28 cases of pregnancy with syphilis, strengthened nurse-patient communication, obtained trust each other and made effective psychological nursing, at the same time strengthened effective monitoring and nursing therapy for delivery term, postpartum and neonates. Results Dispeled psychological barrier of women with syphilis in pregnancy, gained active cooperation from them on therapy and nursing, obtained satisfactory results, meanwhile, promoted the physical and psychological rehabilitation of patients. Conclusions Current medical workers have an tmshirkable duty to improve diagnostic rate of pregnancy with syphilis, effectively prevent disease spreading and provide top quality service on therapy and nursing for patients.
