奥瑞姆自理模式在肢体功能障碍患者康复中的临床运用

摘　　要：目的探讨奥瑞姆自理模式对肢体功能障碍患者康复中的影响。方法对2006年1月至2008年10月200例肢体功能障碍患者随机分成治疗组(n=100例)和对照组(n=100例),两组均采取常规护理措施,治疗组另给与奥瑞姆自理模式护理。结果治疗组患者有效率明显高于对照组。结论奥瑞姆自理模式护理肢体功能障碍患者生存质量有显著疗效。Objective To observe the effect of Orem＇ s self-care model to rehabilitation for patients with limb dyskinesia. Method Two hundred patients with limb dyskinesia were randomly divided into two groups. The control group （n=100） was nursed withconventional care. The treatment group （n=100） was nursed with Orem＇ s self-care model and conventional care. Result The treatment group improved rapidly cure rate, and there was significantly difference between the two groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Use of Orem＇ s self-care model in nursing process may quickly improve quality of life in patients with limb dyskinesia.
