中药配合针灸治疗周围性面瘫临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药联合针灸治疗周围性面瘫的临床疗效和适用价值。方法将60例周围性面瘫患者随机分为两组,各30例,治疗组用牵正散合芍药甘草汤为基础方加减配合针灸治疗,针刺取穴以手足阳明经为主,手足少阳、太阳经为辅,采取局部近取与循经远取相结合的方法,以患侧为主。对照组单纯采用针灸治疗,7d为1疗程,间隔休息3d进行下一个疗程。治疗4个疗程统计疗效。结果治疗组在痊愈和显效分别为10例(33.33%)、12例(40%),均与对照组6例(20%)、9(30%)有明显的差异,治疗组总有效率达到了100%,与对照组86.67%有明显差异(P<0.05)。治疗组第一和第二个疗程痊愈率分别为20%、53.33%,合计高达73.33%,而对照组仅为50%,两组比较有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论中药配合针灸能有效提高周围性面瘫的总有效率,明显提高痊愈率和缩短疗程,值得临床进一步推广。Objectives Observe the clinical efficacy and application of the value treating peripheral facial paralysis with traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture. Methods 60 cases of peripheral facial paralysis were randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients in each treatment group, Qian Zhen-san and SHAO YAO soup is based on side addition and subtraction together with acupuncture treatment, acupuncture point selection to Hand-Foot-Yangming Meridian mainly Hand-Foot-Shaoyang, the sun through the secondary to take part with the past to take far taken along by a combination of methods to the affected side dominated. The control group is treated with acupuncture, 7d for a course, interval breaks 3d for the next cycle. Statistical treatment effects after four courses. Results Cured and markedly effective in the treatment group were 10 cases （33.33%）, 12 patients （40%）, while the control group, 6 patients （20%）, 9 （30%）, had significant differences with the treatment group, the total efficiency of the 100%, and 86.67% in control group had significant difference （P〈0.05）. Treatment group the first and second course of treatment cure rates were 20%, 53.33%, totaling up to 73.33%, while the control group only 50%, there is significant difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture can effectively improve the peripheral facial paralysis＇s total effective rate, and markedly increase the cure rate and shorten the course of treatment, is worthy to further promote.
